About this house
You’ll live high up in the great outdoors, surrounded by nature and with sweeping views of the mountains. From the terrace and living room, you can watch the weather, the light, and the changing seasons unfold across the landscape. The location offers unobstructed views and plenty of sunshine throughout most of the day.
The cabin features large windows that let in both the view and natural light. The interior is designed to provide you with wonderful experiences both indoors and outdoors, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Surrounding the cabin are forests, mountains, and open natural areas. There are only a few settlements nearby, allowing you to enjoy an unobstructed view. On clear days, you can see far into the mountain ranges.
You can go hiking to Befjell, the district’s highest mountain, or explore Himmelsyna, located 20 minutes away. There are swimming opportunities both in the cabin area and at Vågdalsfjorden. The Uldal river system offers opportunities for trout fishing. Evje, home to the Mineral Park, is 40 minutes away, while Kristiansand, with its Zoo, can be reached in 1 hour and 20 minutes.
