About this house
Welcome to a unique home where nature and architecture go hand in hand. Here, you can experience the special way the light streams in through the thoughtfully designed windows while enjoying the view and the extra-blue Samsø sky.
The house was built with sustainability and indoor climate in mind, using breathable materials that ensure a comfortable atmosphere year-round. The thoughtfully designed interior creates a calm and harmonious atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the very first moment.
The garden is a sanctuary where you can observe the island’s wildlife up close. It’s not uncommon to be visited by both deer and hares while you enjoy breakfast on the terrace or the evening sun in the garden.
From the property, it’s just a short distance to Ballen’s vibrant harbor area, where you’ll find both the popular smokehouse and cozy restaurants. You can also explore the many natural gems such as Vesborg Lighthouse, Stavnsfjord, and Besser Reef, or embark on a culinary adventure at Ballebjerg with its many dining experiences. It’s also possible to rent bikes on the island, so you can easily get around.
