The estate combines history with luxury: seven spacious bedrooms, five fireplaces, and a 100-square-meter penthouse with a glass facade await you. The main bathroom, spanning over 30 square meters, features an onyx sink, bathtub, and shower. Two fully equipped kitchens, complete with tableware for 20 people, invite you to cook together.
The 12th-century, historic estate shines in new splendor following a loving renovation. Modern furniture meets centuries-old walls and rustic wooden beams. The historic parlor forms the heart of the home—here you’ll gather to relax and laugh. Artworks from Africa, South America, and Asia lend each room a personal touch.
The over 1,000 m² fully fenced garden is a green oasis with over 20 seating areas and two large terraces. Mature trees and fruit trees provide shade, while colorful flowers add vibrant accents. The historic granary from 1695 tells the moving story of the estate.
Lake Ammersee is right at your doorstep, with hiking and biking trails starting right at the house. Andechs Monastery, the Zugspitze, and Neuschwanstein Castle are all nearby. You can reach Munich in 45 minutes. The Seehaus Riederau, with its dreamy terrace nestled among the reeds, and the Wirtshaus zum Gögerl, with its Alpine panorama, are our personal favorite spots.
