Step inside and discover a central Andalusian patio, featuring antique doors and hand-painted azulejos. This 400-square-meter villa combines fine materials with a relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect place to host families and groups of friends.
On the ground floor, four suites with private shower rooms and two additional bedrooms await you. One of them connects to a dormitory-playroom: bunk beds, reading nooks, and large armchairs for the children. Upstairs, two bedrooms each open onto a private terrace.
The 12×5-meter heated saltwater pool is situated in the heart of the landscaped garden, secured by a gate and a cover. On the lower terrace, a gas grill, plancha, paella equipment, a pétanque court, and several dining areas invite you to enjoy the outdoors.
A two-minute walk away, you’ll find tennis courts, padel courts, and hiking trails. The historic center of Castries, with its cafés and weekly market, is just a short distance away. Montpellier and its airport are an eighteen-minute drive away, and the Mediterranean beaches are twenty-two minutes away.
