We've completely renovated this farmhouse, formerly an outbuilding on an organic vineyard, to blend the charm of a country home with contemporary comforts. Wood, natural materials, and light tones create a soft and elegant atmosphere. Designed for two people, it offers you a true escape to the rhythm of the countryside.

The interior, meticulously curated down to the choice of furniture, blends quality and character. The spacious layout's designed for two, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom. The large sliding-door windows let in plenty of light and open naturally onto the terrace, extending the living spaces outdoors depending on the season.

The garden's entirely private and not overlooked. The large wooden terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors, have lunch in the shade, or end the day with a glass of wine. Just a few steps away, you can access the outdoor hot tub year-round, under a starry sky, lulled by the sounds of the countryside.

You can explore the Entre-deux-Mers region at your own pace from the estate. Sauveterre-de-Guyenne and its arcades, Saint-Émilion and its cobblestone streets, and the châteaux of Roquetaillade, Cazeneuve, and La Brède are all less than an hour away. Bordeaux is about an hour away. You can also set out on the small roads winding through vineyards and forests.
