About this house
Enjoy the wonderful feeling of this newly built house with an open floor plan and exceptional lake views. Here you live just 60 meters from the sparkling waters of Lake Mälaren, with sun from morning to evening during the summer and sunsets that will remain in your memory.
The modern house has two beautiful bedrooms and an airy living room with kitchen. You can eat at the practical kitchen island indoors or at the outdoor furniture on the terrace facing the lake. The open floor plan creates a harmonious feeling throughout the house. There are two additional beds in the annex.
The property is beautifully located by the water with its own access to Lake Mälaren. The hosts live in a slightly larger house on the property, and the guest house you are staying in has a secluded patio. In the summer, horses often graze in the pastures on the farm. Here you can relax in a rural setting with a view of the lake.
Explore Solby Farm with its country store, café, and lunch, or visit Granerfeldts Trädgård, which is open until midsummer. The Sörmlandsleden hiking trail is perfect for those who want to get out and about in nature.
