About this house

Nestled in an oasis of tranquility amidst the hills of the Marche region, this exclusive residential complex welcomes you like a private village, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the rolling hills and distant mountains. Its prime location allows you to reach the sea in 15 minutes and the mountains in half an hour.

The property, carefully restored while preserving its original character, offers 11 bedrooms, 2 lofts, and 11 bathrooms, distributed among the main farmhouse, the cottage, and the former barn. The interiors, featuring exposed beams and large arched windows, have been tastefully furnished to accommodate large groups.

The 28 acres of surrounding land include manicured gardens, a panoramic terrace, and several shaded relaxation areas perfect for al fresco dining. The 10x5-meter private pool, surrounded by high-quality lounge chairs and a large gazebo, features a play area with a swing and a trampoline.

The Marche region will surprise you with its authentic Italian beauty: from golden beaches to crystal-clear lakes, from medieval villages to historic cities. The region is a hidden gem that embodies the best of Italy, with its authentic cuisine and fine wines.
