This newly built cottage in an old-fashioned style looks as if it has stood here for generations. The boards come from the adjacent forest and give the place an authentic feel, while eco-friendly materials such as wood-fiber insulation and natural stone for the foundation create harmony with the surroundings.

Three walls are clad with horizontal oak planks, while the fourth consists of a large glass wall offering a fantastic view. From the bed in the loft, you can gaze out over the surroundings and watch the sun rise. The fireplace radiates cozy warmth throughout the room.

In the spring, when the beech forest bursts into bloom, simply stepping out onto the patio is enough for a delightful experience. The staircase is made of stones from the adjacent pasture, and the entire setting exudes natural beauty. Although the cabin is located near the hosts’ house, the placement of the windows still gives you a sense of privacy when you’re inside

A unique quarry with clear water and cliffs to jump from is just one kilometer away. There are several beautiful hiking trails in the immediate area, and it’s only 2.5 kilometers to downtown Örkelljunga, with its shops and restaurants.
