Estate with private pool near Carcassonne

About this house

You will discover a detached vacation home on a private estate at the foot of the medieval city of Carcassonne. Renovated in 2015, this property accommodates up to 9 people with air conditioning and walk-in showers. Bronze sculptures created by master sculptor Jim are scattered throughout the mature gardens.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, separate living room, and dining room. The bedrooms can be configured to suit your needs. The indoor and outdoor dining tables can seat up to 20 guests.

The enclosed estate is secured by a code-operated gate, with parking for up to ten vehicles. Mature trees shade the grounds, where you will find a private swimming pool, barbecue area, laundry room, pétanque court, and children's games. The garden leads directly to the pool and outdoor dining areas.

Walk to restaurants and bars from your doorstep, or explore the vineyards and the Aude River. The view stretches across the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire. The modern city center, the Canal du Midi, and the train station are just across the river. Reach the coast, the Pyrenean ski resorts, and the Cathar Castles in 45 minutes.
