Nestled amid the lush vegetation of the Portofino Peninsula, this villa stands majestically 40 meters above sea level. This exclusive location offers privileged private access to the sea and panoramic terraces that provide breathtaking views of the Gulf of Tigullio.

The villa, spread over two levels, features modern and bright interiors. The main floor houses a spacious living room that opens onto a pergola covered by a centuries-old wisteria, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms served by three bathrooms. On the lower floor are two additional double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

A short walk is required to reach the villa (if desired, an additional luggage transport service is available)

The terraced garden is a true corner of Mediterranean paradise, where centuries-old olive trees alternate with oleanders, rosemary, and pittosporum, creating a typically Ligurian atmosphere that will accompany you throughout your stay.
