At the end of a long forest path that winds its way up the mountain through a stately spruce forest, a sun-drenched clearing opens up, where a once-venerable mountain farm stands. There's no traffic noise in sight—just the babbling of a spring next to the house and the cows greeting you with the tinkling of their bells. Here and there, deer bound through the garden, or a fox and a badger come to visit. In winter, the snow transforms the clearing into a fairy-tale, picture-book idyll. It's nature at its most beautiful—a level of unspoiled wilderness that's now a rare find. Here stands the house, which, with its 290 m² spread over two floors, can accommodate up to 8 people in a total of three bedrooms. It's a self-contained half of the house—other parts of the house may be rented out, but your privacy's, of course, fully guaranteed.

It offers the charm of a mountain farmhouse combined with comfortable furnishings, lovingly selected details and stylish design. The living area, featuring a sofa by Italian designer Saba Italia and a dining table with a cosy larch bench right next to the open fireplace, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Next door, the open kitchen with an additional dining area is a convivial spot to cook together and enjoy cosy moments. On the loggia, the large, rustic solid-wood table invites you to enjoy wonderful meals outdoors. You can even watch rain showers or thunderstorms from out here—well sheltered under the roof. In addition to relaxation, the house offers plenty of space for children to run around and explore, as well as quality time for the family. They've thought of everything: inside the house, you’ll find a toy box, go-karts, a treehouse, a ping-pong table, a small football pitch, a paddling pool, and much more—here, a family holiday becomes an action-packed getaway.
