About this house
From this charming bastide, you can enjoy a breathtaking 180-degree panoramic view of the Mediterranean, from the Italian Alps in the east to the Bay of Cannes in the west. The house was built in 1975 with old materials, combining Provençal tradition with modern comfort.
The elegant interior design features a large kitchen with direct access to the west terrace where the long table invites you to dine under the stars. The pool house and the east-facing bench create intimate spaces for quiet mornings.
The 18x5 meter heated saltwater pool has a special children's area and is surrounded by well-kept terraces. Here you can relax in the sun or enjoy a glass of chilled rosé overlooking the coast.
You can easily walk to the historic town of Vence with its colorful markets and authentic restaurants. Experience the Nuits du Sud music festival in July, visit the famous Maeght Gallery in Saint Paul de Vence or explore the surrounding mountains with countless hiking trails.
