Modern lake house with spa at Lake Barken

About this house

A newly built cottage awaits you by the beautiful Lake Barken, where modern luxury meets the tranquility of nature. Here you can enjoy an outstanding lake view from the elevated terrace. There is a spa facility with both a sauna and a jacuzzi, which is available during specific periods or seasons, and therefore incurs an additional cost.

The well-designed 80-square-meter floor plan accommodates four rooms and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The 30-square-meter glassed-in patio creates an extra room where you can enjoy nature regardless of the weather. The entire cottage is equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed broadband and an electric car charger.

From the magnificent wooden deck, which floats two meters above the ground, you have a first-class view of the lake. A private barbecue and outdoor shower make outdoor living even more enjoyable. Just 100 meters away is a jetty where you can take a refreshing dip.

In the surrounding area, the charming village center of Söderbärke awaits with a bakery and a historic heritage farm. The hiking trails offer everything from short walks to longer tours through forests and cultural landscapes. In winter, Lake Barken is transformed into a perfect place for ice skating and ice fishing.
