Home by Skødshoved with sea view

About this house

Enjoy spectacular views of Aarhus Bay from this stylish holiday home dream, located in the charming coastal town of Skødshoved, surrounded by the breathtaking nature of Mols Bjerge National Park. Here you'll stay just a few hundred meters from the beach in a luxurious holiday home where simplicity, comfort and elegance are paramount - while toys, a sandbox and adventurous antics have been thought of for the youngest guests, so the whole family can enjoy a wonderful stay together.

The large glass facades facing the water draw light into the large rooms and open up to the beautiful views that draw the eye wherever you are. Exposed beams, high ceilings and raw materials give a wonderful sense of space, not least in the open-plan kitchen, which is the heart of the cottage. Here you can gather around the long table to chat and play games while preparing delicious dishes in the modern kitchen. On the first floor, an elegant lounge awaits, where you can sit back on the luxurious floating sofa and soak in the view of the sparkling sea, the endless blue sky and the Aarhus skyline on the horizon.

The holiday home is characterized by architectural simplicity. The facade and terrace in larch wood with a beautiful glow and patina create a cohesive look that is beautifully integrated into the surrounding nature. The wide steps of the terrace provide plenty of opportunities to laze with a book or sit comfortably with a glass of wine while the kids play in the sandbox or tumble on the climbing wall and slide, which are elegantly integrated into the terrace. As darkness falls, gather around the fire pit and crackling flames before rounding off the day with a relaxing and pampering soak in the hot tub under the starry sky.
