Artist apartment at Aukrug nature park

About this house

In this charming apartment next to the old barn—which has now been converted into a creative studio—you’ll find the perfect spot for your artistic pursuits or a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting.

The apartment features a thoughtfully designed interior with personal artwork and unique details such as exposed wooden beams and the original stable floor. From the kitchen with dining area, you pass through a cozy living room with large French doors, then through the bathroom to the bright bedroom. Since the bedroom is accessed through the bathroom, the apartment is particularly suitable for couples, small families, individuals, and close friends.

Two terraces offer you the chance to enjoy both the communal garden and a private garden with a view of the paddock. The large south-facing windows fill the room with natural light and create a pleasant atmosphere all year round. If you’re in the mood for some wellness, you can relax in the communal sauna at the neighboring main farm.

The Aukrug Nature Park begins right at your doorstep, offering a variety of hiking and biking trails. Take a break at the Café am Boxberg and enjoy the magnificent view. The North Sea and Baltic Sea, as well as the cities of Hamburg, Lübeck, and Kiel, are perfect for day trips.
