Enjoy a timeless experience in a 15th-century stone tower nestled in the woods of the Modena Apennines. Here, the silence, panoramic sauna, lit fireplace, and 360° view invite you to rediscover yourself.

The tower offers an authentic and truly minimalist experience, which is not for everyone: a wood-burning stove to keep you warm, a small primitive kitchen to prepare meals, and a bio-sauna built in the forest. Water is available ONLY outside with a shower, and an OUTDOOR composting toilet completes the space. A solar panel provides lighting and charging. It is a true sustainable gem.

Outside, the forest completely surrounds the tower, giving you total privacy and spectacular starry skies without light pollution. The private bio sauna, nestled in the woods, is the perfect place to relax in close contact with nature.

You can explore the hiking trails along the ancient roads of Matilde, visit the famous Ponte Ercole bridge and the castles of Gombola, Brandola, and Montecuccolo. The village of Polinago with its amenities is only 3 km from the tower.
