This house welcomes you with a sense of spaciousness and tranquillity that comes from its surroundings: nature all around, with views of the sea on one side and the mountains and forest on the other. It's bright, designed for living both indoors and outdoors, and has plenty of space to relax and unwind.

The interior layout combines spacious areas for spending time together with nooks that offer privacy. The main living room with a fireplace is the heart of the home in winter. On the lower level, there’s a separate living room, which is very practical when hosting several guests or families. The glass-enclosed kitchen-dining area opens directly onto the garden.

The porch with a barbecue is perfect for long outdoor meals. The garden and private pool offer space for sunbathing, playing, or simply relaxing. You can move between the porch, the garden, and the pool depending on the time of day and the pace you’d like to set.

The beaches of the Maresme are very close by, and Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Sant Andreu de Llavaneres are worth a stroll through their streets and terraces. Port Balís is a great spot to visit at sunset. The Montnegre and Corredor Park offers hiking and biking trails. From here, you can also visit Barcelona or explore the Costa Brava.
