On a peaceful natural plot at the end of a private gravel road, you will find this charming cottage with breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea and Christiansø on the horizon. Here you are surrounded by cliffs and trees, while wild rabbits, deer, and pheasants often visit the garden.
The house has large windows and doors in all directions, allowing light to flood in and creating a natural connection to the surrounding terrace. On the first floor, there is a balcony with spectacular views of the sea, perfect for enjoying the sunrise. An infrared sauna and wood-burning stove make the house ideal for visits all year round.
The garden is a beautiful mix of well-maintained lawn and wild nature with apple trees, fig trees, and berry bushes. A cozy annex, 'Bamsehuset', offers extra sleeping space, and from the garden, a footpath leads directly down to the coastal path.
You are only a few minutes' walk from Allinge's charming harbor area with cafés and shops. The area offers countless experiences - from hiking at Hammerknuden and visiting Hammershus to swimming at Næs beach and concerts at Gæstgivergården. In the evening, you can enjoy the clear starry sky without light pollution.
