Unique home right in the heart of Ebeltoft Harbor

About this house

You’ll find this unique harbor house in the heart of Ebeltoft—a converted carpentry workshop spanning 305 m² with character in every corner. Concrete floors, high ceilings, and large windows create an airy atmosphere, while the private rooftop terrace offers ocean views and magical sunsets over the Mols Mountains.

The interior is colorful and distinctive, featuring a mix of vintage finds and local art. The large open kitchen and living room with a fireplace serve as the heart of the home, while four separate bedrooms and a loft with additional sleeping space provide room for the whole family. The house also features a home theater, fitness facilities, and a designer kitchen.

The secluded garden is an oasis with a greenhouse, a covered terrace featuring an outdoor hot tub, an outdoor shower, a sofa set, and a fire pit. The sun shines here all day long, and the terrace naturally becomes a gathering spot for meals and relaxation with a view of the sea.

Everything is within walking distance: a beach bar right on the water’s edge, coffee shops, restaurants, delis, three museums, and Ebeltoft’s historic district. You can swim, enjoy water sports, or explore the playground by the beach bar. The Mols Mountains and hiking trails are a 10-minute drive away, as are gourmet restaurants and countless beaches.
