Architect-designed house near sea on Resö

About this house

This house is located on the beautiful island of Resö, an architect-designed gem with panoramic views of the horizon. Here you can enjoy archipelago life in peaceful surroundings, with the sea as your closest neighbor and nature experiences right outside your door.

The timeless villa is built on two levels with three bedrooms, perfect for up to six adults and two children. The open-plan living room with large windows facing south and west is bathed in natural light, and the minimalist pine plywood interior creates a calm atmosphere. The kitchen, living room, and dining room with a long table provide plenty of space for the whole family.

The property is surrounded by a practical terrace and lawn where you can follow the sun throughout the day. A carport to the north provides shelter from the wind, and at the entrance to the east, you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the blackbird singing. From the tip of the plot, it is only a two-minute walk down to the jetty and sandy beach.

From the house, you are close to everything Resö has to offer. Visit the guest harbor with its diving tower, stop by Panget Bakery, or enjoy dinner at Lexö Summer Restaurant. For the active, there are marked trails crisscrossing the island, and opportunities for lobster safaris and archipelago tours with Selin Charter.
