About this house
The lovingly modernized Klüterkammer awaits you on the traditional estate, surrounded by an idyllic moat. The former stable building combines historic charm with modern comfort. From the terrace, you can watch ducks and stroll to the nature reserve and the Flensburg Fjord.
The spacious living-dining area impresses with its unique furniture: the old Klüter bench as a side table, grandma's restored kitchen cupboard, and cozy sofas by the fireplace. Behind a partition wall is the bedroom with a double bed. An open staircase leads to the gallery with a reading chair and the second bedroom under sloping ceilings.
The terrace leads directly to the quiet moat surrounding the estate. Ducks swim by and a heron regularly makes an appearance. The property invites you to spend relaxing hours in nature – perfect for dogs, who are very welcome here.
The Langballigau nature reserve begins right next to the farm. The beach and harbor are only a few minutes' walk away. Here you can enjoy freshly caught fish, pedal boats, and, in summer, boat connections to Sønderborg. The region is ideal for cycling tours on the Baltic Sea Fjord Trail and fishing trips.
