Wake to fjord life and seasonal atmosphere

About this house

There's something special about getting as close to the fjord as you do when you move into Trine and Morten's cottage in Munkebo. There's plenty of room to explore the scenic area with your family - or just relax on the wonderful terrace. You set the pace.

Inside, you'll be greeted by a simple interior that combines Scandinavian minimalism with space for nature. Here you can gather around the rustic plank table for a delicious cottage meal, or curl up on the sofa and gaze out at the view through the large panoramic windows, which offer a special sense of calm and immersion in the fjord life.

The cottage is situated on a plot directly bordering the fjord, which offers a unique insight into the wildlife. With its own jetty and access to both a dinghy and paddleboard, you can easily explore the fjord. The area around the cottage offers activities all year round. Ulriksholm Forest and Ørnfeldt Forest are beautiful destinations where you can pick mushrooms and berries in the warm late summer air. If you're looking for other adventures, visit Lundsgaard Estate, which celebrates cultural life and hosts everything from concerts to communal dining.
