The large terrace invites you to enjoy long summer days with board games, reading or a cool glass of wine in the shade.

Indoors, the house offers a true cottage atmosphere with a wood-burning stove and large panoramic windows, so you can enjoy nature whatever the season and weather. The house has been updated so you don't have to compromise on comfort. The house is easily heated with a heat pump all year round, and there is a well-maintained and well-equipped kitchen in original condition, which includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and all the kitchen equipment you need. In addition, the house has 3 good bedrooms, all of which have new electric radiators.

From the cottage, it's only 2 km to Nykøbing's charming pedestrian street with cafés and shops. If you're looking for a real summer atmosphere, Rørvig is only 5 km away, where the harbor beckons with crab fishing, ice cream and a real summer atmosphere. There are also plenty of excursion destinations within easy reach, including fun for the little ones at Sommerland Sjælland, fresh fish and harbor atmosphere at Odden Harbour or explore the fascinating Ice Age landscape at Klint on a hike.
