This high-Alps chalet combines a setting on the edge of the forest—with no direct views from neighboring properties in the summer—with all the amenities of a city center within easy reach: restaurants, a park, a supermarket, and a gondola. It is located at the base of the Col d’Izoard, one of the most legendary mountain passes in the Alps.

The living room features a high-end sound system that extends out to the terrace and the pool. The relaxation room, accessible year-round, includes a home theater with a 3-meter screen, a sauna, and a hot tub. A pool table rounds out the options for evenings indoors.

The heated outdoor pool is open in the summer. The adjoining pool house features a summer kitchen, a plancha, and a barbecue for cooking and dining outdoors. The fire pit lets you extend your evenings after sunset, with the same sound quality as indoors.

Serre Chevalier, the largest resort in the Southern Alps with 280 km of slopes, is located in the heart of the Écrins National Park. In the summer, you can go hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, rafting, or canyoning. The Izoard, Lautaret, Galibier, Granon, and Échelle mountain passes are classic routes for cyclists, and La Grave is just 30 minutes away.
