The private annex adds two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The tropical garden features several terraces, a heated pool, and a hot tub. Everything remains 100% private, whether there are two of you or ten. The wooden terrace and heated pool set a natural rhythm for the days, between swimming and dining outdoors with unobstructed views.

The house is located amidst the vineyards of Bergerac and Montravel, 25 km from Saint-Émilion through the vineyards. Guests note that fresh markets enliven the villages every day. In the region, you can visit the Lascaux caves, the châteaux of Duras, Monbazillac, or Biron, and enjoy cycling, canoeing, hiking, or golf.
