Beautiful and classic summer house with only 100 meters to the beach

About this house

The small, cozy cottage has a unique location with only 100 meters to the child-friendly and super nice beach, Høll beach. The lovely cottage area is not overrun with tourists and is perfect for walking and swimming, and if you're in the mood for a day trip with the family, Legoland and Lalandia are only 45 minutes away by car. When you enter the cottage, you are greeted by a welcoming living space. The white-painted ceilings and walls and the windows with large bars create a bright interior and a very special cottage atmosphere. The living room and kitchen are in one, so you can cook together and from the living room, the double doors open out to the garden. Every little detail has been taken care of to make the house feel warm and cozy, and you can enjoy the garden view from most rooms. The parent-friendly bedroom opens to the lovely terrace outside on hot summer days. The cottage has a lovely enclosed garden and a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun in summer until late at night. Fire up the barbecue, relax with a book under the parasol or just enjoy each other's company over a glass of wine. The area in and around the cottage creates the perfect setting to relax and unwind.
