Calm country escape with sauna and fireplace

About this house

Welcome to this detached retreat, where you will find pure relaxation across 150 square meters and two floors. With fast fiber-optic internet, its own sauna, and two fireplaces, this house combines modern comfort with rustic charm—perfect for families or friends who want to escape everyday life.

Inside, you will find an open-plan living area with a fireplace, a cozy kitchen with a tiled stove, and spacious rooms that invite you to linger. The sauna has space for two loungers and provides soothing warmth after long walks. Thanks to central heating, it stays cozy even in winter.

The 3,000 square meter garden is your private paradise: old apple trees provide shade, a hammock invites you to dream, and you can sit together around the fire pit in the evening and enjoy a barbecue. The adjacent barn and the wide fields around it create a feeling of boundless freedom.

The Kyritz lake chain with boat rentals and a beach is 20 minutes away, as is historic Havelberg with its monastery trail along the Havel River. Lake Ruppin and the Kristall Therme spa in Bad Wilsnack offer further excursion destinations. Cows, sheep, and goats graze in the surrounding area—a highlight for children.
