Apartment with pool among Bolzano vineyards

About this house

This retreat in the heart of Bolzano’s vineyards welcomes you to a historic estate where tradition and contemporary style blend harmoniously. For centuries, this property—with its distinctive triangular shape—has been an integral part of the local cultural heritage, passionately dedicated to the cultivation of fruit and wine.

The apartment’s interior spaces combine historical heritage with modern elegance, creating an environment where past and present coexist in perfect harmony. The layout of the rooms reflects the property’s unique shape, blending naturally into the surrounding landscape. Outside, there is a shared swimming pool with the other apartments on the farm.

The grounds immerse you in the South Tyrolean countryside, surrounded by the sun-drenched vineyards that characterize this wine-growing region. The privileged location allows you to experience firsthand the agricultural tradition that has defined this area for generations.

The "Rebe" educational trail winds through the vineyards, offering insights into South Tyrolean viticulture, while walks along the Oswaldpromenade and the Guntschna-Promenade provide breathtaking views of Bolzano, the Adige Valley, and Mount Mendola. The Talvera meadows, with playgrounds and mini-golf, are perfect for families, and numerous hiking trails start directly from the property and lead to Renon.
