Do you dream of experiencing an authentic Swedish island farm in the heart of Skåne? Here's your chance! This renovated gem is located on a large, wild natural plot that stretches all the way down to Oppmannasjön. Here you can pick apples and currants in the garden, go hiking in the forest or hunt for berries and mushrooms.
Inside, the house offers a simple but charming interior. The 85 square meters are smartly utilized with a kitchen-dining room with a daybed, a bedroom with three beds, a larger living room with three more beds and a cute little summer room on the attic with room for two. In addition, the house has a new, beautiful pine kitchen from Funkiskök and a modern bathroom. In total, there is room for nine guests, and if you have visitors, you can borrow a cozy annex from the neighbor.
When you step out of the house, you'll immediately notice the large natural plot. It's the perfect place to relax, play and explore. You have direct access to the forest and the lake is just a stone's throw away. Whether you're into hiking, mushroom hunting or just want to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature, you'll find it all here.
The area around the house is known as Skånes Sjörike, and it offers many fantastic experiences. You can go on excursions to islands, other lakes or to the Baltic Sea beaches. There are also plenty of activities right on your doorstep. For example, you can take the family on a trip in the large canoe, jump into the lake from a cliff or go fishing from the boat.
