The villa spans two levels on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Europe residential neighborhood of Le Cannet. The pool, two terraces, and the orange tree make this a home that opens up to the outdoors, just a stone’s throw from the beaches of Cannes and Vieux Cannet.
On the ground floor, the living room, dining area, and large, fully equipped kitchen come together to form a bright living space. Two master bedrooms open directly onto the terrace and the pool. Air conditioning and cooling floor tiles maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the villa.
