Apartment in a Mallorcan finca with pool

About this house

This apartment on this estate places you right in the heart of the Sant Llorenç des Cardassar countryside, on the east coast of Mallorca. The estate is a traditional Mallorcan building constructed with high-quality materials, and the apartment is located on the first floor with access to its own furnished terrace.

The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—a kitchen with a dining area, and a full bathroom. The furnished terrace is the perfect spot for the family to sit outdoors without leaving the apartment, with the Mallorcan countryside in the background.

The agritourism property’s common areas include an outdoor pool surrounded by gardens overlooking the countryside, a sun deck with wooden lounge chairs, a children’s play area, a barbecue, a dining room, a TV lounge, and an organic vegetable garden. Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is located in Mallorca’s Llevant region, surrounded by the Llevant mountains. The main beaches of Mallorca’s east coast are nearby, making the agritourism property a great base for exploring the island.
