Bright ground-floor apartment with direct access to a spacious terrace. From here, you can enjoy views of the La Viñuela reservoir and, in the distance, the Mediterranean Sea. Air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round.
The apartment features a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom connected to the living area. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, vanity unit, and toilet. The living area includes a kitchenette (no stove), a living area, and a dining table. You’ll find a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator.
On the shared terrace, you have your own table and chairs. The pool and other on-site facilities are at your disposal. We provide towels, linens, Marie-Stella-Maris bath products, and a hair dryer.
