The large terrace at the same level as the house is perfect for bare feet and long summer days. The garden is a true oasis with rhododendrons, herb beds, and a large greenhouse where late summer tomatoes and grapes ripen. The partially enclosed fence makes the area safe for both children and pets.

From the house, it is only 2 kilometers to Vesterø Strand, the island's most child-friendly beach.
