About this house
Are you looking for a villa where every generation can find their own space? This property combines a 2,150-square-foot house with a separate 550-square-foot pavilion, nestled in 1 hectare of pine forest. Between the 33-foot swimming pool, outdoor games, and separate TV room, you have everything you need for a successful vacation with family or friends.
The large open-plan living area combines a lounge with fireplace, dining room, and modern kitchen with bar, all bathed in natural light. On the ground floor, you will find a master suite and a double bedroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms with mezzanines accommodate the children. The pavilion offers a bedroom with shower and a TV lounge with table football.
The garden, planted with pine and oak trees, offers a real feeling of nature. You can enjoy a large terrace with barbecue, a generous swimming pool for swimming and games, and a range of activities: pétanque, table tennis, trampoline, basketball, climbing and swings. Every corner invites you to relax, play or enjoy convivial meals under the trees.
Walk to the village of Assas for fresh bread and coffee opposite the castle. Visit the Domaine Buzarens to discover the wines of Pic Saint-Loup. Cycle through the scrubland, explore the Écusson district of Montpellier 30 minutes away, or head to the Mediterranean beaches for days spent swimming and dining at seaside restaurants.
