In Calcata Vecchia, one of Italy’s most picturesque villages, this apartment enjoys a rare panoramic setting: on one side, the silhouette of the ancient village perched on a tuff cliff; on the other, the Treja Valley with its lush vegetation.
The interiors have been carefully curated and feature works of art and select pieces of Italian design. A large, textured wall crafted by hand from scrap wood dominates the bedroom, enveloped in a glass cube that blurs the boundaries between spaces. The layout is functional despite the compact size.
Over the years, the village of Calcata Vecchia has attracted artists, writers, filmmakers, and musicians. Many guests choose this apartment as a place for relaxation and creative work. The Treja Valley Natural Park surrounds the village with trails and the Monte Gelato waterfalls.
