You’ll live on two floors in an apartment featuring exposed half-timbering, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. It’s a creative home where art and craftsmanship blend with everyday life—with hand-painted details by a French decorator adorning both the ceilings and walls.

On the second floor, you’ll find an open oak kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with a toilet. On the third floor, there are two bedrooms and a music studio beneath the old beams. There’s also a loft with extra sleeping space.

The apartment is located in a historic building surrounding a quiet courtyard with cobblestones and hollyhocks. Here, the pace feels a bit slower than the rest of Copenhagen—a peaceful contrast to the bustling city life just outside the gate.

Stroll along the canals around Christianshavn, take the harbor bus to Nyhavn, Reffen, or Operaparken, and walk home through the city along the waterfront. The area is home to many great cafés, such as Café Wilder, Les Amis, and Bådudlejningen—as well as the café Båden right by the water.
