Modern loft with pool near Lourmarin

About this house

Five minutes from Lourmarin, this contemporary 250 m² loft combines comfort and style in a peaceful setting. Fully air-conditioned, the house offers five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a heated swimming pool. Its large 70 m² living space opens onto a lush garden where you can enjoy the Provençal sunshine.

The warm, contemporary interior combines noble materials such as taddelak, waxed concrete, and wood. The heart of the house is a vast open space where the dining room, the equipped kitchen with a central island, and the living room create a convivial atmosphere. Large bay windows flood the rooms with natural light.

The terrace is a natural extension of the living space and leads to the garden where the heated swimming pool awaits you. This outdoor environment is perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining, surrounded by the peaceful nature of the Luberon.

Explore Lourmarin and its Friday market, Gordes and Sénanque Abbey, or the Ochres of Roussillon. Aix-en-Provence and its fountains are nearby. The Luberon hiking trails start from Puget-sur-Durance, and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence with its Roman ruins is also worth a visit.
