This private villa with a sea view, nestled among Sardinia’s granite rocks and Mediterranean scrub, is surrounded by a garden on all four sides. The villa is designed for groups of friends or two families seeking space, privacy, and tranquility in a very secluded location.

The upper floor features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a veranda with a sea view. From the sun deck, you can admire the sunset. On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room that opens onto a spacious patio with direct access to the pool, which can be heated upon request.

The garden features a barbecue area, lounge chairs, and a relaxation area around the pool, as well as a play area for children. Covered parking is available for all guests.

The beaches of Porto Taverna, Porto Istana, Cala Brandinchi, and La Cinta in San Teodoro are about a 10-minute drive away. The island of Tavolara is accessible by boat or by rental boat. Monte Nieddu features waterfalls and natural freshwater pools, while the Surrau, Tenute Teo D’oro, and Giuseppe Sedilesu wineries await wine enthusiasts.
