The house is furnished with a large kitchen/living room that naturally becomes the gathering point. There are large windows with three sliding doors that offer views of the water and make the terrace part of the house when the weather permits. There is also a new living room in the extension that can be used for reading books or drawing and can be closed off so that the children have their own space.

Outside, you can enjoy breakfast at the back of the house where you can find shelter when it's windy. There's also a dining table and chairs, sofa, morning and afternoon sun and an outdoor pool. In front of the house is a large terrace with a dining/lounge area and an outdoor barbecue with a serving table. The house is surrounded by a lovely lawn where the sea view can be enjoyed 100%.

The area offers many experiences. Take a trip up to Fyns Hoved and go for a walk in the beautiful nature and bird sanctuary, pick up freshly caught black lobsters at the harbor or visit the beautiful fishing town of Kerteminde. Here you'll find Fjord&Bælt, the Johannes Larsen Museum, the Great Northern golf course and a great selection of restaurants and ice cream from the Waffle House.
