Architect's timber house in woods by Tisvilde

About this house

You will find this architect-designed wooden house tucked away in the forest with plenty of space for play and contemplation. The impressive living room with vaulted ceilings provides the perfect setting for gathering around the fireplace, while the bedrooms are grouped together at one end of the house for peace and privacy.

The interior design combines carefully selected flea market finds from the local area with heirlooms and functional design. On the first floor, you can fall asleep under the stars through the beautiful skylight with a view of the garden's ancient fir tree. The atmosphere is bright and spacious throughout the house.

The garden is surrounded by old trees and offers garden games, dinners on the terrace, evenings by the fire, and sunbathing after a walk in the rain. The public path to Tisvilde Hegn is right on the neighboring road.

You can go on fantastic walks in Tisvilde Hegn or by Arresø, cycle through the forest to Denmark's most beautiful beaches, or explore mountain bike trails on enchanting paths between moss and beech trees. Tisvilde and Liseleje are within cycling distance through the forest.
