Welcome to this charming renovated stone house located on top of a hill southeast of Lucca. Surrounded by olive groves and pine trees, this house offers breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy modern comforts in an authentic, rustic setting.
The road leading to the house is unpaved. The main building offers an open living/dining room with a fireplace overlooking the garden, a loft with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms to suit every need. The separate guesthouse offers additional privacy and comfort with a double bedroom and a private bathroom.
Outside, you can enjoy the good weather on the large furnished veranda, by the inviting swimming pool (accessible from May 15 to September 30), or in the barbecue area with stone pizza oven. The garden is well maintained and invites you to relax in the open air.
