Modern timber house in the hills of Helgenæs

About this house

You’ll find a brand-new vacation home from 2025, where wood brings light and authenticity to every corner. The hilly terrain has been transformed into an oasis of stairs and terraces, making it easy to move around the entire property. Here, you can follow the sun from morning to evening and choose your favorite spot for coffee or lunch.

Inside, you’ll find bright rooms where wood dominates and creates a genuine vacation home feel. The well-thought-out interior design provides space for socializing and retreating, while the natural materials connect the house with the nature outside.

The terraces extend in tiers down the property and invite you to enjoy the outdoors in the sun and shade. Here you can barbecue, dine under the open sky, or simply enjoy the tranquility with a view of the rolling landscape.

Helgenæs offers dramatic scenery with hills and vantage points. Monsbjerg is just a five-minute walk away and offers panoramic views of Aarhus Bay with the islands of Tunø, Hjelm, and Samsø. The water is 250 meters from the door, and from here you can watch the sunset paint the sky red over the sea.
