Solid wood cabin with mountain views in Chiemgau

About this house

Welcome to this modern take on a mountain cabin: a genuine solid-wood house with soaring ceilings that extend all the way to the roof. Upstairs, you’ll find a cabin-style sleeping area for four people—perfect for families or a couple looking for space to dream. The bright bathroom features a bathtub and a rain shower, and a separate toilet ensures your comfort.

The interior design blends Alpine tradition with modern living. Solid wood defines the character of the rooms, while large windows provide plenty of light and sweeping views. The thoughtful design creates an atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home.

In front of the house, a large meadow invites you to linger. Enjoy breakfast under the apple tree or wind down the day on sheepskins in front of the wood-burning stove. The organic orchard naturally frames the property and offers space to breathe deeply.

For sports and relaxation, a shared table tennis and bouldering room, as well as high-quality yoga equipment, are available for your free use.

From your bed, you can gaze out at the Hochplatte; at breakfast, the Hochgern greets you. Set out on mountain hikes or bike rides right from the house. Lake Wössner is a five-minute walk away, and Lake Chiemsee is just 15 minutes away. Salzburg is 40 minutes away, and Munich is 60 minutes away.

The maximum occupancy is 4 people (including babies and children).
