Summer house with private beach stairs in Vejby

About this house

You’ll find this authentic cottage on a large corner lot in one of Vejby Strand’s most peaceful neighborhoods. The house is situated on a quiet gravel road on the attractive side of Vejby Strandvej, just about 300 meters from the homeowners’ association’s private beach access.

The 77 m² main house features a spacious open-concept kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, a large skylight, a master bedroom, and a children’s room with a bunk bed. The living room opens onto the new 50 m² terrace, which gets sun from morning until evening. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the cozy, sun-drenched nook facing southeast. The 27 m² annex features a double bed, a sofa bed, a private bathroom with a washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower. The decor is characterized by heirlooms, design classics, and vintage finds.

The 1,192 m² private garden spans several levels with dense plantings of old apple trees, magnolias, cherry trees, berry bushes, and large rhododendrons. Here you’ll find an in-ground trampoline, a swing set, and a hidden fort for the kids.

You can walk to Spar, bike to the fishmonger and the bakery in Holløse, or cycle to Tisvilde and Heatherhill. The beach is just around the corner, and the area is perfect for families seeking peace and quiet in nature while listening to the sound of the sea.
