Lakeside apartment with spa on Scharmützelsee

About this house

Located in Bad Saarow Strand, this apartment sits right on the shore of Lake Scharmützel—featuring a direct lake view, two balconies, and a rooftop terrace. In the morning, ducks, birds, and frogs accompany the sunrise over the water; in the evening, the light streams through the kitchen windows once more.

The spacious living and dining room features a comfortable couch, lake views, and a water vapor fireplace with changing colors. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Quooker for still or sparkling water at the touch of a button. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers ensure comfort, while the air conditioning keeps you cool on hot days.

An elevator takes you directly to the spa area with a sauna, indoor pool, and fitness room—without having to go through the courtyard or underground parking garage. After a sauna session, the garden is the perfect place to cool off. The rooftop terrace features a barbecue station and a lounge area, which is also ideal for yoga or Pilates in the fresh air.

At Scharmützelsee, you can choose from stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, water skiing, and wakeboarding, and the lakeside promenade is perfect for walks. The area has a well-developed network of bike paths. In the evenings, nearby restaurants beckon—or you can cook your own meals in the spacious kitchen.
