Designer Lake Maggiore villa with scenic pool

About this house

This property in the hills above Stresa combines wellness spaces, private green areas, and a rare natural setting. Its border with the Golf Des Iles Borromées and proximity to the woods make it ideal for both those seeking physical activity and those who simply want to slow down.

Inside, you’ll find a private fitness area with a treadmill and a sauna, designed for peaceful sessions away from the daily grind. A covered yet open-air outdoor space is perfect for yoga, Pilates, focused work, or leisurely lunches surrounded by greenery, adapting to the light and weather.

The outdoor pool offers a gentle, bubbling water experience with views of the greenery and the nearby golf course landscape. The shared pool is surrounded by woods and natural hedges, with ample space to swim, relax, and spend summer days in complete privacy.

In the surrounding area, you can go for walks and bike rides in the woods just outside the property. For dining, Al Sciücc di Stropino is accessible via Sciuc, while Sant’Antonio is located on the river near Lake Orta, and the Battipalo restaurant is on Lake Maggiore.
