About this house
This historic farmhouse, spanning 380 m² and carefully restored between 2021 and 2025, blends historic stonework with high-end contemporary finishes. It is available for rent in its entirety to accommodate a large group in a setting that is rare for the region, comparable to the luxury estates of the south of France.
The interior features six double bedrooms distributed throughout the building, five of which each have their own private bathroom. With a total of five bathrooms and six toilets, the house is designed to comfortably accommodate guests without compromising anyone’s privacy.
At the rear, the heated pool is sheltered under a dome, making it enjoyable year-round, and is surrounded by a wooden deck. The walled front garden and several covered terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors as a living or dining area. Six parking spaces are available on the property.
The Saumur region is rich in castles, wineries, vineyards, and a variety of sporting activities. The surrounding area also offers numerous shopping options, ranging from large supermarkets to small local shops.
