About this house
On a secluded and lush natural plot, you'll find a retro cottage that is well-preserved in the original 60s style, with a twist of flea market finds, bamboo furniture and vibrant pastel colors. Here you can enjoy an afternoon drink in the evening sun on the terrace, under the colorful lamps when darkness falls.
Inside, you'll find a myriad of cozy nooks and crannies, whether it's the comfortable sofa group in front of the wood-burning stove or the bench by the large window, where you can immerse yourself in a good book or podcast. Enjoy the sun on all sides of the terrace and have breakfast al fresco, soaking up the green hues of the wild garden and the chirping of the birds.
If you love a good flea hunt, stop by Krage og Ko in Lumsås, which the family regularly visits. You can also head down to Havnebyen, where you can have a delicious lunch at the harbor or an afternoon coffee at Havnebyens Kaffebar. If you like good bakery bread, which is worth a short drive, you can head to Gniben and Tir Bakery after a good night's sleep. In general, the area is also great for pleasant walks and bike rides in nature, as well as evening dives in both Kattegat and Sejerøbugten.
