The villa is a carefully renovated turn-of-the-century house from 1906, surrounded by pine forest and heather – just 300 meters from the sea and the white sandy beaches of Ljunghusen. Here you live in a quiet area with large plots, soft light through the treetops, and proximity to the Öresund coast.

Inside, you are met by generous space with open ceilings, exposed beams, limestone floors, and solid wood floors. The bright kitchen invites long dinners, the dining room can accommodate many guests, and the several living rooms create space for conversation and community. The house has five bedrooms spread over several floors and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Outdoors, there are large terraces, a spacious garden, a sauna, and fireplaces. In the summer, you can live outdoors with barbecues and morning coffee in the sun. In the winter, it is just as nice with a fire, sauna, and walks along the sea. The garden invites both tranquility and socializing all year round.

The area is known for its golf courses – one is located about 300 meters from the house and two more within five kilometers. Nearby are restaurants, the Falsterbo Horse Show, nature reserves, and miles of bike paths along the coast. The beaches in Ljunghusen, the villages of Skanör and Falsterbo, and the pine forest around the house offer beautiful experiences.
