About this house
This flat's 100 years old, and it shows—in the best possible way. We've refinished the original pine floors, and we've preserved the door frames from 1929. You'll get to live in a flat with genuine charm and a colour palette that makes each room unique.
The living room and dining room have been opened up into one large space, with light yellow and terracotta-coloured walls. The kitchen is sea green, the hallway is green, and the bedroom is blue. The open floor plan makes it spacious for several people to gather.
The building has a backyard that residents greatly appreciate, and this is one of the reasons why many in the housing cooperative choose to stay in the same building when they move. The flat's located right next to St. Hanshaugen Park and midway between Majorstuen, Bislett, Grünerløkka, and Sagene. Nearby, you’ll find, among other places, Håndbakt on Linderen, Hernàndez on Uelands gate, the pizza spots Vesuvio and Tranen, and the wine bar Rouleur. The Akerselva River isn’t far away, and Voldsløkka, with its gravel running track, is about 1.5 km from the flat.
